Shipping your items
In-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days via USPS First Class Mail.
If the items you ordered need to be made, it may take 3-5 business days before your order is ready to ship.
All earrings are shipped in an E+C box (great for gifts) and bubble envelope to ensure a safe arrival! NOTE: Up to four pairs of earrings can fit in one box. Extra gift boxes are available for $1.
Once your items are shipped, you will receive tracking information.

FREE on orders $50 and more.
$4.00 for orders $49 and less.

Local pickup
Local pickup is also an option! Just select local pickup when checking out. We will contact you and arrange a pickup time + location! We are located in Hudsonville, Michigan but can be somewhat flexible on pickup location.
Returns
We hope you LOVE your E+C items but if you need to return an item for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items being returned for a refund must be unworn and in new condition. Please be sure to include all original packaging. Once we receive your items, your refund will be issued in the original payment method used. If returned items are visibly worn, a store credit will be issued minus 50%.
